Community Guidelines

PostBack's community guidelines are designed to foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive space. These guidelines help ensure that everyone can participate in a meaningful and respectful way. When using our platform, and/or creating an account, you agree to abide by the PostBack^TM Community Guidelines.

Respectful Communication

PostBack^TM users agree to treat others with kindness and respect, even if you disagree with their views. Personal attacks, hate speech, or harassment will not be tolerated. 

Harassment or bullying of any kind, including threats, intimidation, or unwanted attention, is prohibited. This includes targeting individuals or groups based on their race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or other personal characteristics. Please refer to “Accountability and Consequences” in the community guidelines for additional information. 

Encouraging Positive Engagement

PostBack^TM strives to infuse positivity in a space that can easily slide to the negative. Our ultimate goal is to see damaging reviews on external review sites taken down after resolution. We encourage our users to contribute positively by supporting others, providing helpful feedback, and engaging constructively. No Hate Speech or Discrimination

PostBack^TM does not allow hate speech of any kind. This includes content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or sexual orientation.

Content Guidelines

Users agree to share content that adds value to the community. Prohibited content includes obscene, graphic or otherwise inappropriate material. This includes explicit images, videos, or links to such material, as well as content that encourages illegal activities, violence, or self-harm. 

Privacy and Safety

Users agree to respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information, including addresses, phone numbers, or financial details. Be mindful of your online security. Avoid sharing personal information that could jeopardize your safety and report any suspicious activity or behavior immediately to info@postback.com.

Reporting and Moderation

If you encounter content or behavior on PostBack that violates our community guidelines, please report it to our moderation team using the “Flag this post” button on Posties, or email us at info@postback.com. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes action according to the severity of the violation. This may include issuing warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

Spam and Self-Promotion

Do not post irrelevant, repetitive, or spammy content. Unsolicited advertisements, promotions, or solicitations are not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the platform.

Accountability and Consequences

PostBack^TM users who violate these community guidelines may face consequences, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on the severity of the violation.
