Through the PostBack community, businesses are able to gain customer insights from other businesses in their industry and/or area. You are able to celebrate the great customers, and provide a heads-up for the ones that may be a bit more complicated. Your client reviews are anonymous and your business information never shows. Your business has been rated online, why not the customers? We hope that customers will bring their best selves to your business knowing that they too will get rated.
What's our deal anyway? A PostBack origin story
PostBack was started in response to experiences of small business owners during the COVID-19 pandemic. Serving the public at the time, we became acutely aware of a lack of accountability for online reviews and realised there was nothing online to give business owners a chance to tell their side of the story without getting caught up in back-and-forth comments on review sites. So, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work!
We've since expanded PostBack to align with our core value of fostering positivity. You can now shout out all of the goodies that come your way, too! Ultimately, we think the world would be a better place if unwarranted, negative online reviews get removed because there's been resolution between the business and client. Let's make our digital world a kinder place, too.

The benefits of sports for youth is wide and life-changing. Kids need positive environments to develop their physical health, social development, mental and emotional health. Sports like mountain-biking provide opportunities for goal-setting, perserverence, and endurance. PostBack proudly sponsors the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA). Veterinary Conservation Coalition
The Veterinary Conservation Coalition protects Africa's most vulnerable species from vanishing into extinction. We are proud to be a corporate sponsor for this organization that is doing on-the-ground conservation work to protect rhinos, pangolins, cheetahs, brown hyenas, cape vultures, and African wild dogs.
