May the 4th Be With You: Use the PostieDex!

Published: May 5, 2025
Postie uses the force to post back in response to online reviews

“May the 4th Be With You” is a special holiday for us here at PostBack… and especially for Postie! Postie has been a Padawan for many years. Hoping to someday obtain the customer service skills to become a Jedi Knight. Postie has spent many a time being reminded to “Use the PostieDex!”

Like the Force, the PostieDex contains all the knowledge and positive spirit of the universe. That is, if the universe were customer service skills. To become a true PostieDex Master you must use the PostieDex! Learn it. It is a way of life!

Remember your mantra, “I am one with the PostieDex, the PostieDex is with me.” If that doesn’t help you on your way to being a Jedi then remember what Master Yoda says to Postie “Use the PostieDex!”
